Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
International Shipping
We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bikini bottoms
- Bikini tops
- Rash vests
These swimwear items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
- Package your return securely, including all original tags and packaging
- Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
