Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms, bikini tops, and rash vests unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make it easy.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide this in our response).
  5. Get Processed: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Please note that for international returns (outside Australia), you may be responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
