What’s Wavy Trend Wear all about?
We’re your go-to for authentic Aussie beach lifestyle gear! From high-performance wetsuits to stylish beachwear, we create products that work as well in the surf as they do on the street. Our brand is all about that effortless coastal vibe with a commitment to ocean-friendly practices.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Chewko, Australia at 48 Passage Avenue, but we ship our coastal vibes worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia).

What types of products do you offer?
Our menu includes everything you need for beach life:
- Swimwear: Bikini tops & bottoms, boardshorts, rash vests
- Clothing: Dresses, rompers, shirts, tops, pants, shorts, skirts
- Outerwear: Jackets, hoodies, jumpers, knitwear
- Accessories: Hats, beanies, bags, backpacks, purses, wallets
- Equipment: Wetsuits (including our Peak Wetsuits range), beach essentials
- Travel gear: Luggage & travel accessories
Are your products suitable for actual surfing?
Absolutely! Our wetsuits, rash vests, and boardshorts are tested in real surf conditions by our team of surfers. Even our fashion items are designed with the practical needs of beachgoers in mind.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We’re working on expanding our size range to be more inclusive. Currently, most items are available in standard sizes, but check individual product pages for specific sizing information.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Is my payment information secure?
Totally secure, mate! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. We don’t store your full credit card information on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 days), so contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. Once your order has shipped, we can’t make changes but you can return items following our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, just try placing an order – our system will let you know if we can’t ship to you.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
- Carried by DHL or FedEx
- 1-2 days processing + 10-15 days delivery
- Full tracking included
- Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
- Shipped via EMS
- 1-2 days processing + 15-25 days delivery
- Tracking available for most destinations
Pro tip: Combine orders with friends to hit the A$50 minimum for free shipping!
How long will my order take to arrive?
After 1-2 days processing time:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days delivery
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days delivery
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, local customs may apply additional fees. We can’t control these charges but we declare everything accurately to avoid delays. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), full tracking is always included. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking is available for most destinations. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not loving your purchase? No worries, mate! You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn with tags attached in original packaging. Visit our Returns Page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you want.

What are your customer service hours?
We’re available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. We might take a bit longer to respond on weekends when we’re catching waves, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back on dry land!
